the room was dreadfully small and hot, with an awkward bathroom layout—absolutely rediculous. also, when I requested a simple room upgrade for the inconvenience, I was met with cold, unhelpful staff, as if my request was outrageous. The staff were very nice, really friendly and helpful, especially with directions. The rooftop area was surprisingly relaxing to unwind after a long day!
It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but still acceptable.
